1. Agreement
By browsing octoberate.com and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
2. Products & pricing
We sell boutique clothing and related accessories for customers in Pakistan. Prices are shown in PKR and may change without notice until checkout is completed. Product photos are illustrative; slight colour or finish differences can occur due to lighting and screens.
3. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept, refuse, or cancel an order (for example due to stock, pricing error, or suspected fraud). You will receive confirmation when your order is accepted. Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are accurate — incorrect details can delay or prevent delivery.
4. Payment
V1 checkout supports:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.
- PayFast — prepaid online payment through PayFast (Pakistan).
For prepaid orders, payment must clear before dispatch. For COD, refusal at the door without a valid reason may affect future COD eligibility.
5. Shipping & exchanges
Delivery is available within Pakistan only (V1). Timelines, fees, and our exchange-only (no refund) rules are described on our Shipping & Exchange Policy.
6. Intellectual property
Store content — branding, product photography, and copy — belongs to October Ate or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, October Ate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
